The new home in King’s Deer Golf Course, Monument, CO is located on the 11th fairway, and although now may not be the best time to play golf, come April when this home will be ready for a new owner to move into, there will be many years of enjoyment ahead.

We are currently in drywall and we would love for a new buyer to come along and put their finishing touches on the home before it’s too late! Please spread the word – this will be a wonderful home for a new family!
