1: The Initial Meeting – We meet with you and discuss what you’re looking for. The main goal of this meeting is to make sure we’re comfortable with each other and will be able to work together to create your custom home.
2: The Professional Agreement – You put down a deposit and sign an agreement with us, and we are cleared to begin the process of designing your home!
3: Budgeting – We provide you with a highly accurate budget based on your actual selections, not on allowances.
4: The Contract – You sign a contract with JS Homes Inc., Custom Home Builder Colorado Springs. From this point on, your home is officially happening!
5: Permitting – We obtain the permits to begin your build. After the local authorities have reviewed our requests, permits are granted, and building can begin.
6: The Build – Building your custom home should take between 5 and 7 months, depending on the weather as well as other factors.
7: Our Warranty – With your home completed, we provide you with a warranty for all the work provided by JS Homes Inc., Custom Home Builder Colorado Springs. We call our warranty a “1,2,8 warranty,” because it works like this:
We offer a 1-year warranty on all labor and materials.
We offer a 2-year warranty on all mechanical systems, HVAC, Electrical, and Plumbing.
We offer a 8-year warranty on the structure of your new home.
