We believe that as builders, it is imperative that we work with our customers from the start of the lot purchase to the final walkthrough.   Soils testing should be done before the lot purchase to make you aware of potential costs from the start.   Placing your house on the lot correctly not only makes for an incredible presentation, but it also allows us the opportunity to save you costs.
