We had the pleasure of being a custom home builder on a wonderful 3 bed/2 bath home for a family in Pueblo West, CO. This family then turned the unfinished basement into a wonderful living space with 2 additional bedrooms, bathroom, workout room and recreation room. They added almost 100k in value to the house by doing this. We are still friends to this day and we love that our clients are not just homebuyers but are also long time friends.
